HARARE – Elections to elect a new chairman for the Premier Soccer League will be held on July 25, ZIFA announced.
The PSL has been without a chairman after Farai Jere stepped down in December last year.
Other positions up for grabs are the two posts for deputy chairpersons and three emergency committee members.
Meanwhile, ZIFA had also ordered elections for the Women’s Premier Soccer League on the same day.
Elections will be held for chairperson, vice chairperson and five committee members.
ZIFA boss Nqobile Magwizi said: “The PSL and WPSL elections represent an important milestone in the renewal of our football structures.
“As ZIFA, we are fully committed to delivering a credible, transparent, and inclusive process that strengthens the foundations of the game in Zimbabwe.”
